Bioreactors - Bewa BIOK TYPE for 20 - 100 persons

 

Bioreactor systems allow to design and build larger sewage treatment plants for school, kindergartens, complex of residential buildings, small housing estates, social support centers, etc. Even 300 people can use this type of sewage treatment plants ( sewage flow: 45 m³/d).

 

Bioreactors are used in places where the installation of sewage system is not either profitable or possible to be installed (in villages, in city suburbs). BIOK 20 – 100 biological reactors are intended for treating non-industrial sewage. They are produced in the form of a monolithic reinforced cement cylinder tank made of concrete B - 45 (minimal concrete class).

 

Bioreactors production technology concerns sewage treatment system including biological deposit and active sludge with the predominance of biological treatment on a biological deposit. Basic treatment process takes place as a result of oxygenation, and the treated sewage can be disposed into surface waters.

 

Achieved treatment effect is concordant with regulations specified in the Ruling issued by the Ministry of the Natural Environment of July 8th, 2004 concerning the conditions that must be met in connection with discharging sewage into waters or the ground and substances particularly harmful to the natural environment.

 

The sewage treatment plant type produced by BEWA has a Technical Approval issued by the Environmental Protection Institute. Approval number: AT/2003 - 08 - 0206.
